    Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP)

    "Employers of Choice" often want to make available a Registered Retirement Savings plan to their employees to facilitate the accumulation of funds for retirement. This is done by setting up a group RRSP program.

    In an employer sponsored RRSP program the employer can participate by: contributing a percentage, a flat amount, or match the employee contribution, simply paying for the administration fee, or they can make a plan available to their employees without contributing but provide the administration by deducting the amounts from the payroll and forwarding the money to the RRSP provider.
